We are building up an international service entity for one of Romania´s first banks. Fulfilling via telephone the customer´s needs on a high level of quality and expertise is our goal.
For our location in Romania, we are looking for a new team-member:
CLIENT ADVISER FOR BANK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (m/f)
Main responsibilities:
- To offer advisory service for the customers with the perspective to reach the company's targets and guidelines;
- To promote the customer’s banking products and services.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Desire to rapidly learn information about banking products and services;
- Excellent comand of the English language (spoken, written, listening);
- Patience, positive, team player and banking attitude;
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
In addition, it would be an advantage for you if you have:
- Experience as a customer service representative;
- Experience/Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Fast learning abilities;
- Desire for professional development;
- A solution oriented way of work;
- Self-reliance and high levels of energy;
