Descrierea postului:
- To achieve and exceed customer’s objectives and expectations with the perspective to reach the company's targets and guidelines;
- To troubleshoot and solve in due time the technical situations of the customers – by phone and by e-mail and to escalate when necessary.
Cerinte:
The ideal candidate has to have advanced knowledge (spoken, written,listening) of the German language.
It would be an advantage for you if you have:
- Advanced knowledge of the English language;
- Technical knowledge or, at least, an interest in this field;
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills;
- High learning abilities;
- Desire for professional development;
- A solution oriented way of work;
- Patience, positive and business attitude;
- Self-reliance and high levels of energy;
- Experience as a customer service representative.
